What the contact form collects
Your name, email, company (if you give it), what you need help with, the spend range you pick and your message. Alongside it the form sends the page you read last on this site and, if you arrived from a campaign link, its tags and the referring site. That tells me which articles are useful. It's kept in your browser tab only until you send the form, and no cookie is set. The server also records your IP address and the time you sent the form, to stop spam; the rate limiter keeps only a one-way hash of the IP, for an hour.
Where it goes
Messages arrive in my mailbox and are saved in a private file on this site's server, outside the public website. I use them only to reply and to follow up on what you asked about, and keep them only as long as that conversation needs. They are never sold or shared.
Bookings and the newsletter
Calls are booked through Cal.com, under Cal.com's own privacy policy. The newsletter uses double opt-in: signing up sends you a confirmation link, and nothing is stored until you click it. Confirmed addresses are kept by Resend, the service that sends the emails, and used only to send new crafted.data articles. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
Analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or cross-site trackers. If page-view statistics are switched on, they come from a cookieless service that counts visits without identifying you.
Azure Cost Audit data
The Azure Cost Audit uses read-only access to billing and resource metadata, never your application data. Audit data is deleted 30 days after the report is delivered.
Deleting your data
Email contact@naveenchandra.co.in and I'll delete your messages and any notes about you.
