Find the waste in your Azure bill. Pay only if it pays back.
A fixed-fee, read-only audit of your subscriptions. In 10 days you get every wasted resource, what it costs each month, and the exact fix. If I find less than $1,500 in annual savings, you pay nothing.

What I check
Costs come from your own billing data, not list prices, so the numbers in the report match your invoice.
Stopped but still allocated VMs
Shut down from inside the OS, still billing at the full hourly rate.
Orphaned disks, IPs and snapshots
Leftovers from deleted VMs and old backups that bill every month.
Empty plans and load balancers
App Service plans with no apps, load balancers with nothing behind them.
Dev and test running 24/7
Office-hours schedules cut about 64% of their compute hours.
Over-provisioned VMs
14 days of CPU per VM. Low-use machines get a specific target size.
Premium disks on non-prod
Premium SSDs where Standard SSD does the job at about half the cost.
Parked VMs still paying for disks
Deallocated machines whose disks keep billing long after anyone used them.
Reservations and savings plans
Sized on the footprint after cleanup, so you never lock in waste.
A week-by-week fix plan
The order of work, each step priced, with the CLI command for every fix.
How it works
About an hour of your time across ten days: a short call, ten minutes running a script, a few quick answers, and a walkthrough.
- 1
Day 0 15 min
Intro call
Your rough monthly spend, number of subscriptions and billing type. If your spend is too small to clear $1,500 in savings, I'll say so.
- 2
Day 0 to 1 5 min 50% deposit
Engagement note and deposit
A one-page scope with the fee and guarantee. You reply "agreed" and pay the $375 deposit by local bank transfer.
- 3
Day 1 10 min
Grant read-only access
Open Azure Cloud Shell and run one script. It creates a Reader and Cost Management Reader identity whose secret expires in 30 days.
curl -sLO https://raw.githubusercontent.com/happycoding344/azure-audit-scripts/d4c87aa8e689c23ffadd2cff37ec75240c4021cf/grant-access.sh && bash grant-access.sh - 4
Days 2 to 4 no time from you
Data collection
30 days of actual cost per resource, the full inventory, 14 days of CPU per VM, and Azure Advisor's cost recommendations. Nothing is changed.
- 5
Days 4 to 8 about 10 min
Manual review
Every finding checked by hand. You answer three to five short questions, like "is this snapshot kept for compliance?"
- 6
Days 9 to 10 30 min 50% balance
Walkthrough and handover
You see the results on a call first. The full PDF and CSV of every resource ID follow once the $375 balance clears. Under $1,500 in savings: no balance, deposit refunded.
- 7
After delivery 2 min
Revoke access and follow up
Run the revoke script or let the secret expire. Two weeks later I check in while your team makes the changes.

The client secret is created with a 30-day expiry. No action needed to cut access.
One-command revoke
A second script removes the role assignments and the app registration whenever you want.
You can read every line

Questions people ask first

How is the $1,500 guarantee measured?
Add up the monthly savings in the report and multiply by 12. Under $1,500, there's no balance and the deposit is refunded. Reservations are counted at 70% so the total isn't inflated.
Do I see results before paying the balance?
Yes. On the walkthrough you see the total, the biggest wins and the plan. The full report with every resource name and the CSV follows once the balance clears.
Which Azure billing types work?
Pay-as-you-go, Enterprise Agreement and Microsoft Customer Agreement. Through a CSP partner, cost visibility depends on the partner; we check this on the first call.
How big an environment is this for?
Most companies spending roughly $3k to $60k a month on Azure. Larger estates or several tenants get a fixed quote.
What happens to my data?
Only billing, inventory and utilisation metadata is read. No application data, databases or files. Working data is deleted 30 days after delivery.

Your Azure bill came in again this month.
Fifteen minutes is enough to tell if an audit is worth it for you. If it isn't, I'll say so.
