Cloud engineering project — Zynety Logistics platform

Zynety Logistics

Zynety Logistics is a Delhi-based logistics and courier service provider operating across India, delivering on-demand pickup, last-mile delivery, and intra-city as well as inter-city shipping solutions for individuals and businesses. I independently led the end-to-end development of both the website and application, translating business workflows into a scalable digital platform. The website was built using PHP 8.3, delivering a lightweight, secure, and high-performance backend for service presentation, booking flow, and lead management. In parallel, I engineered the application using JavaScript (ES6+), React, and React Router, creating a dynamic single-page interface for real-time service interactions and operational workflows. The system further incorporated Google Maps API and distance calculation logic to enable route-based pricing, location mapping, and efficient logistics coordination. My role covered full-cycle execution—from requirement analysis and system architecture to development and deployment—resulting in a cohesive, responsive, and business-aligned web and app ecosystem designed for scalability and operational efficiency.
I discussed with the Zynety team regarding the business and functioning and successfully delivered the website and application. Built website with PHP 8.3 and application with Javascript ES6+, React and React Router.

Vaayu Infra Solutions

As Vaayu Infra Solutions' technology partner, I owned their technical build end-to-end — from a production SaaS platform and its underlying cloud infrastructure to the vaayuinfrasolutions.com website and their full online presence. The core product is a multi-tenant cloud VM workspace platform that lets operators provision Azure virtual machines from reusable templates, assign them to end users, and have those users connect through a fully in-browser remote-desktop client — without ever touching the Azure portal or installing any client software. The same codebase powers two real-world use cases: on-demand developer/contractor workspaces, where a VM is provisioned, assigned, and its credentials emailed automatically, and structured training lab cohorts, where a super-admin spins up dozens of VMs and learner accounts in one shot for guided, multi-day hands-on labs. As part of the engagement I also ran a full infrastructure consolidation, migrating a sprawling multi-service cloud footprint down to a single hardened Azure VM running a Docker Compose stack to dramatically simplify operations and cost. Built end-to-end from the Azure control plane and provisioning queues through authentication, billing, and audit, all the way to the operator and learner dashboards; the platform includes a complete TOTP-based multi-factor authentication system (encrypted secrets, single-use backup codes, step-up re-authentication for sensitive actions), per-user isolated remote-desktop credentials so no one shares an admin session, automated daily Azure cost-sync billing with per-tenant reporting, scheduled auto start/stop of lab VMs to control spend, an append-only activity/audit log, integrated online payments, and branded transactional email for every lifecycle event; all running behind automatic TLS. The stack: NestJS, Prisma, and PostgreSQL on the backend, BullMQ/Redis queues, the Azure SDK and Apache Guacamole for the VM control plane and in-browser access, and a Next.js 14 / React 18 frontend, containerized with Docker Compose behind Caddy 2. Alongside the platform, I designed, built, and deployed the company's marketing website at vaayuinfrasolutions.com - a fast, responsive site built with React, Vite, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Framer Motion and established Vaayu's broader external technical footprint, including their Google Business Profile, social media profiles, domain and DNS, and branding assets.

My role: end-to-end technology partner across product architecture, full-stack implementation, authentication and security, deployment and operations, the public website, and the company's full digital and brand presence.

VaayuMeet - Smart Meetings for Modern Business

As part of a product partnership with Vaayu Infra Solutions, I designed and architected VaayuMeet, a full-stack video conferencing platform built for the Indian & Middle East market. The platform is powered by Jitsi/JaaS for real-time video infrastructure and deployed on Cloudflare Pages with Postgres as the backend database, ensuring low-latency performance with Mumbai-region data residency for compliance and speed. I led the end-to-end product specification and system design, covering a three-tier subscription model — Starter, Pro, and Enterprise — with plan-gating enforced across four layers: database-level JSONB fields, JaaS JWT claims, server-side 402 payment enforcement, and a client-side `usePlan()` React hook. Payments are handled via Razorpay with INR & USD pricing. The platform includes an Electron-based desktop client alongside the web application, supporting features such as meeting scheduling, participant management, cloud recording, AI-powered summaries, file sharing, and webinar capabilities, all phased across a v1/v2/v3 roadmap. The frontend is built using React with Tailwind CSS and a strict design system enforced contractually within the specification documents to ensure consistency through implementation.

Cloud engineering project — Purbia Enterprise logistics receipt software

Purbia Enterprise

Purbia Enterprise's internaladmin logistics software is a full-stack logistics and receipt management platform built to optimize internal operations for the company. The system features a fast, type-safe single-page application frontend engineered with React, TypeScript, and Vite, styled with Tailwind CSS. It incorporates advanced form handling via React Hook Form and dynamic client-side PDF generation for invoicing. The backend architecture is powered by the Laravel (PHP) framework, providing a secure, scalable API and relational database management system to track inventory movements, master records, and billing data seamlessly..

H+ Salon

H+ Salon is a premium beauty and grooming brand based in Bhubaneswar, for which I independently led the end-to-end digital transformation, spanning website engineering, search optimization, and brand presence management. Cloud engineering project — Shopping Avenue e-commerce

Shopping Avenue

Shopping Avenue is a global e-commerce platform focused on customized apparel, premium fashion products, and accessories, where I led the end-to-end development and digital growth strategy. I architected and built the platform’s web presence using WordPress and WooCommerce, delivering a scalable and conversion-optimized online store tailored for fashion retail, with custom theme development, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP for performance-driven frontend and backend functionality. The implementation included structured product catalog management, optimized UI/UX design, and seamless payment and checkout integrations. The platform supports a diverse range of offerings such as custom t-shirts, premium polos, hoodies, and accessories with worldwide reach, requiring a robust, responsive, and high-performance architecture. My role extended into building a cohesive digital brand identity and growth framework, leveraging modern e-commerce technologies and analytics tools to create a scalable, revenue-oriented online business infrastructure.

What runs through every cloud engineering project here: a focus on the second year of operation, not just the launch. Stable infrastructure, observability built in, and documentation that survives the handover.
